Any gift vouchers that were purchased prior to the temporary closure of the restaurant have been extended by 3 months which will be reviewed in line with the Government guidelines. Your voucher has been automatically renewed in our system and extended by 3 months.

Please note, any gift vouchers or experiences purchased during our temporary closure due to COVID-19 will have no expiry date shown on the gift voucher but they will begin their validity from a defined date once the restaurant reopens which will be published on our website. Your gift voucher will have a 12 month validity from that date and the expiry date will be added to our system at this time.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance.
Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 01962 790 700 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

For large tables please contact our reservations. We can take multiple bookings for the same party but we are not able to guarantee that they will be located near each other.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.

We do not allow any party decorations in the restaurant such as balloons, banners, confetti and glitter. Should you wish to have a celebration cake, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist.
